- SCX provides robust separation of positively charged peptides, ideal for broad peptide mixtures and classical 2D LC workflows.
- WAX offers complementary selectivity for acidic and low‑pI peptides, enabling gentle, pH‑tunable enrichment of negatively charged peptide classes.
- Engineered for precision: Each column includes a 0.5-µm Filter End Fitting for a MicroTight® Tubing Sleeve on the proximal end. The distal end is connector-free for easy integration into FingerTight® 360-µm MicroTight® Union assemblies.
